We assist clients engaging with regulators and other stakeholders to present meaningful and effective solutions. 

Our team can help you respond to regulatory intervention as well as consumer complaints and disputes. We can also assist to engage with regulators and industry stakeholders to develop and manage industry and regulatory codes of conduct and develop and present submissions on new policy initiatives. 

For example, our experts have worked with industry groups in developing industry codes, and in advising on and assisting with submissions in relation to regulatory codes such as the Gas Industry Code of Conduct and Food and Grocery Code of Conduct. 

Our team also has extensive experience in engaging with a broad range of industry specific regulators including on issues relating to supply chains obligations, such as the National Heavy Vehicle Law and Chain of Responsibility, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in relation to privacy and data protection.
