Professional Background

Bronwyn founded CCL Consultants in 2011 having previously run her own economic and compliance consultancy, BKG Economic Consultants. Bronwyn has over 20 years experience in corporate governance, risk and compliance, and law.

Businesses are coming under increased scrutiny from regulators. Bronwyn’s expertise in risk and compliance has helped clients develop robust, tailored and practical solutions for operating within a legal framework, whist enabling the business to grow and meet its strategic objectives. Bronwyn can also conduct independent audits and reviews of your compliance management system, and benchmark your organisation’s compliance framework against the International Standard for compliance management systems, ISO 37301:2021.

As a lawyer and economist with extensive private and public sector experience advising on Competition and Consumer Law, Bronwyn is well placed to assist clients navigate a range of regulatory issues and in dealing with regulators, including the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
