George has provided advice and assisted a Commonwealth government regulator in a strategic review of its compliance and enforcement framework, and regulatory effectiveness.

George has assisted an industry self-regulatory organisation in developing its regulatory framework.

Bronwyn has recently drafted 3PL and 4PL logistics service supply agreements (contracts) to improve the compliance accountability of suppliers in the logistics industry. Bronwyn regularly provides legal advice to her various clients about increasing accountability across major supply chains.

Did you know that Bronwyn has developed Fair Work Act checklists, and National Heavy Vehicle Law audits to assist her clients to improve their supplier due diligence? Accountability across supply chains ensures that fairness and transparency exists across supplier networks, and creates a level playing field for competitors.



George Kamencak has joined CCL Consultants Pty Ltd as the Co-Managing Director and Principal Lawyer. George has had extensive regulatory experience as the previous Deputy Commissioner for Consumer Affairs, Liquor and Gambling (SA), Regional Director for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (SA) and Senior Lawyer for the Australian Government Solicitor (NSW).
